We loved the excellent service fromLuis who’s very smiley and friendly attitude was a great start to the day, along with a super and plentiful breakfastThank you Luis and Dial house hotel for a lovely stay where nothing seemed too much always very helpful .

As soon as we walked in we were had a warm & friendly welcome. The guest house is so clean and every staff member we spoke to were so lovely. The breakfast was so tasty and very well organised with timings etc. We have family down the road so will definitely be back

Great staff, went above and beyond, friendly hard working, room was nice, bed was comfortable and sheet very soft, nice light through the huge window. Bathroom old-fashion, toilet need some flow adjustment, room and place cosy and traditional English , but could do with some refreshing at some stage. Still recommend for a comfy overnight.

Although I had arranged to arrive at 11pm after long travel, a telephone call to explain an extra charge would be incurred if I was late did not sit well after a very long day.Disappointed as I book smaller B&B to help them survive.I will find a chain next time.

Renovation work was being carried out, but this was a minimal disturbance. We were kindly telephoned beforehand to let us know.

a very accommodating chief that served breakfast. The only problem with the room was you could not turn the television off. the toilet had the wrong size seat on it and it pinched you. The toilet cistern was constantly overflowing into the pan causing you extra water bills

The hotel is basic and clean.The manager and staff are extremely helpful and friendly.Ample parking.Perfect for an overnight stay and would stay again when visiting family as location central to the village and amenities.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night to attend a family/friend event in the area. On our arrival Said was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was a good size and clean. Shower cubicle was small but there was plenty of hot water. We would stay again. Thank you for looking after us.

For a very reasonably priced hotel we had an excellent stay - everything was spotlessly clean; the bed was comfortable; the shower was hit and powerful; and the owner was friendly and very helpful.We will definitely stay here again when we next visit our family in Crowthorne.

Very helpful staff and lovely hotel. The team went out of there way to ensure us an early check in so we could get ready for a wedding! Even called us on the day just to make sure it was ready for when we arrived. Can't thank them all enough. Would definitely stay again! :)

Sayed greeted us and was very accommodating and polite. Helped us with our bags and provided us with taxi numbers and he even allowed us to check in early to fit around our plans.The room was clean and tidy, the only minor criticism was that the bed we had was a little small and not very comfortable. Other than that, highly recommended.Many thanks

Hello we have stayed at the hotel lots of times as my brother and my sister in law live around the corner ,me and my mum stayed with you and the hotel and bedroom were lovely and the breakfast was too ,and after when we can in from the Italian restaurant we sat the bar and we had to night cap in the bar and we spoke to the lovely man ,we will come and visit you all again soon xx

We stayed here at the bank holiday to attend a family party, the owners/staff were lovely helpful breakfast was brilliant, and although we missed breakfast on the Monday we were offered toast and coffee as we were leaving and also bottles of water for our journey home excellent customer service and if we are are ever in the area again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Dial House

We had a very warm welcome from the Manager. Our room was everything we would have wished for and we were really well looked after. This hotel is in a beautiful setting. We will certainly stay here when we visit family in future.

We travelled to Crowthorne for a family gathering and stayed at the Dial house. We were all welcomed warmly and taken to rooms that were comfortable and nicely equipped with coffee and tea and bathroom essentials.Breakfast was cooked anda good selection of cold items.Friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us; would definitely come back again. Don't let the dated decor put you off. The Dual House is clean, comfortable, well run and brilliant value for the area.

Clean room. Unfortunately no hairdryer or kettle in room as advertised. Shower needs upgrading so that there is some pressure and hot water. Friendly staff and good choice at breakfast.

Both my young son and I enjoyed our stay here , the lady running the place was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble as regards to the breakfast which was very nice

Stayed at Dial House while visiting friends who recently moved to area.We stayed two nights and both myself and wife thought it was an excellent stay.The staff very helpful and hotel has lovely gardens to enjoy.After I got home realised I left my phone charger behind. so called hotel and the owner said he would post it on. It duly arrived first post next morning. All in all a highly recommended hotel.Will definitely be staying there on our next visit to Crowthorne.

We booked a one night stay and found this to be a lovely little hotel.We booked an executive double room that had it's own entrance out onto the lovely gardens. The price was also very reasonableThe staff were friendly & polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend the full English breakfast

Our stay was brief, just an over night stop while visiting relations in Crowthorne. We had a very comfortable room and left after breakfat.We would not hesitate to book again when in the area.

We stayed for one night and were very impressed with the hotel.The location of the hotel was excellent, a 10 minute walk to the town centre, there was ample parking and the room was clean and well appointed.The staff we met were very helpful and polite and the breakfast was good.We opted for the full English breakfast which was an optional extra but I liked the fact that if you didn't want breakfast you didn't have to have it, you could add a continental of full English breakfast if required.All in all a very comfortable stay at a very reasonable price.Would definitely stay at the hotel if we were in the area again.

There comes a time when a parent has to let their child stay in a hotel by themselves. Dial House Hotel not only looked after my teenage son with great care and extra attentionbut the also ensured I felt at ease as well. We could not have asked for better service from the proprietor as well as the operations staff. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back.

I only had a limited 2 night stay, but room was clean and large.Staff were friendly and food was fine, although I had limited opportunity to fully exercise the menu.

We have just had two nights in this clean and friendly hotel which is convenient for visiting our relatives in Crowthorne. We would stay here again.

The 4 star rating should actually be 4.5 but there was not the facility.A good, clean and efficient establishment.Excellent value for money.
